Your analysis is good. Signature Leisure still has/had 80 million shares so it wasn't sold in one shot. I think Signature is the wrongdoer too, but there are still as yet unnamed enablers. The story is not complete. It was John ...or maybe Peter, I can't remember...it all getting to be a blur...that did say the the finance people in Italy are not concerned at all what the share price is...only the WTE green potential the company has. That bodes well. imo
