You are not wrong at all. That is a very plausible scenario. There has been no official at IPWG, the SEC or anyone say what happened in fact. Right now it is speculation on our parts. Signature probably had some yet unnamed party help get those shares onto the market.

The great potential of this company brought me in to invest years ago. It has been a wild ride, and my intense interest at this point is because of the story reaching an incredible point.

Financing will be the key.
