That Mc Oscillator (NYSE) chart shows the level is reaching rising support. If it tags that support near these levels and bounces, a move up to the upper rising resistance on that chart should bring new highs. The fly in the ointment is that the chart shows a rising wedge pattern. I'd say if line holds support that and we move up, the top of the wedge needs to be sold
