No different what the situation is??? So if the SEC comes out tomorrow and say they have concluded fraud was committed...still no different? Of course things change and have changed dramatically. Anyone holding this right now deserves what they will get. I do hope they will get out and get out now, but you can't get much more warning than what has taken place already. No 10k, SEC investigation, no mention of 10k from company anymore, 2 months late, Moskie lying about buying more shares, one PR confirmed blatant lie puts all PRs under suspicion, Moskie and Metter shuffling shares trying to claim little to no direct ownership of shares, Missing customers, Missing revenues, A/S 3 billion with no apparant justification, gagged T/A, Class B shares structured in way only to protect if there are 3 billion shares outstanding and on and on...

If I had that list available to me when I made that statement, then feel free to call me a hypocrit. Right now, you just look foolish.
