At that time, there was no SEC investigation, no 10K delayed by nearly 2 months, no lies about CEO buying more shares, no list provided by the company of customers and their contacts which all proved to be fiction, no missing revenues from fictional customers, etc

If you are holding now, you aren't holding "LONG"...you are holding a lottery ticket with about as good of odds as the powerball.
