rossi, OS is about 80 million shares of which 25% is held by insiders. So, if they dilute, they will hurt themselves. I think they were caught in a financial bind for a while and there may have been a perception that they would not get good financing. I think with the recent announcement of financing, that concern may have been alleviated, thus the reason why it didn't take much of a hit along with the others in the recent gold take down. I believe it is still better priced at .78 than gbn and azk, imo.
