Johnny, Can you explain the corrections in the application?

It looks like Claude Smith tried to incorporate the company as a new version of RCC Holdings with a half a billion shares of stock, but the State of Florida wouldn't let him. He then corrected the name to RCC/IWS.

What possible reason would there be to create a separate company with the same name and the IWS assets?

Based on my obvious biases I can't see a single 'legitimate' reason for doing it, but I'm sure there are some here who can offer a more palatable spin.
