That is assuming he is buying these 4-6 companies with shares. Is he? Just shares? I thought that cash was the bigger component of these acquisitions.

So far we have no assurance at all how he is proceeding with the acquisitions. He told us that 2 of them are "definitive agreement". That is not consumated so far, unless cash or some other thing (shares) changes hands.

I guess my main problem is that Dean is not really transparent with us.

I know this is a pinky, but it is still my right to ask for clarity.
