Art Cashin last week said 7400. My internal chart says the dow will quickly rebound to 8600 if we get a reversal. Should stop the redemptions for awhile. From there i hope higher in a summer rally. My gut says last 1000 points in dow was akin to last 1000 points up in nasdaq in 2000. mike
