Exactly. The learning process is starting to sink in...maybe. RCC/IWS is already EPA approved. It says...."States must be allowed to develop standards more stringent than federal regulations as long as these do not conflict with federal law."...States are working with the EPA just to meet EPA guidelines. Many links were posted by various States which prove that. So you cannot find a State that has more stringent regulations for water wastewater then is recommended by the EPA ??? I didn't think so.
