10 days for filing Form 3 is what I thought as well, but clearly we are missing something!

Maybe they are counting weekdays only and aren't counting the days of the suspension? Maybe the SEC investigation is affecting the normal filing deadline? Maybe SM is not a 10% holder and is no longer an officer? (Joke)
