I wonder, is the reason that the big guys haven't yet filed their form 3's is because they are trying to unload as much as they can before the gig is up and everybody will see what they have really been doing?
It is convienient that no report on the O/S is out and yet months ago Moscowitz talked about ungagging the TA. Now with high suspicions that he and Furth have been selling we see no filings reporteing shares.
Furth may not even need to report as he may not even own 5% which is highly likely.
Moscowitz has to report as an officer of the company but his report will be minimal IMO.
RME, they may never report either as I doubt 66 Million represents 5%.
