My issue, Poptech, was with you trying to state that Neomedia was perhaps paying to license these patents from Scanbuy. In actuality, one can easily intuit from a first-read of the settlement PR that Scanbuy agreed (was forced?) to hand over free licensing to Neomedia. I guess you could say that Neomedia is "licensing" those patents, but that connotes an exchange of funds for service between the two parties, which is not taking place.
