Further to your online inquiry, we are writing you to answer and or clarify the situation with eWorld Companies (EWRC). We understand that the Securities and Exchange Commission is investigating EWRC as it pertains to their recently announced purchase offer and therefore we will state the facts and not try to provide you an interpretation of the facts.



1. Hilbroy Advisory was never hired by EWRC

2. Hilbroy Advisory was never under contract by EWRC

3. Hilbroy Advisory has never receive payment from EWRC

4. Hilbroy Advisory has never been in contact with management of EWRC

5. Hilbroy Advisory is the corporate finance advisor to Level Vision Electronics Ltd

6. Hilbroy Advisory is not aware of any purchase offer by Level Vision to EWRC

7. Level Vision never sent any purchase offer to EWRC

8. Level Vision has never been in contact with management of EWRC



We are concerned over this allege fraud by EWRC, since their actions have caused damages to both our firm and that of our client, Level Vision. We will cooperate with the regulatory authorities and also pursue any other means available to us.
