TEL AVIV (MarketWatch) -- Among the companies whose shares are expected to see active trade in Monday's session are Ethan Allen, Amerigroup, Corning, FairPoint, ING, Marvell Technology, McGraw-Hill, Nyer, RadioShack and Yahoo.



Fairpoint Communications Inc. said it has agreed on a financial restructuring plan with its lenders. As part of the plan, the company has filed petitions to reorganize under Chapter 11 of the U.S. Bankruptcy Code in U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern Distri ct of New York. It has received commitments from certain lenders for a $75 million debtor-in-possession revolving-credit facility.
