So what. Does that mean you can't make money at it. Just because an industry is going through a rough patch doesn't mean that individual companies within that industry aren't making money hand over fist. ZENG will have the ability to pick up assets on the cheap which will contribute to a very low cost basis which, in turn, will allow ZENG to undercut and steal market share away from other less efficient competitors. Your blanket statements make no sense and are very transparent to people who actually understand how business is conducted.
