I agree..I actually believe it would be voted in if a referendum takes place, so I am not concerned...I have seen the table turning in the last few months.. Its coming either way. And your right if there is no vote Mayor Henry can play the "I tried everything to fight for your voice to be heard, and with local polls that were done along with the studies done in March at IPFW,revunue,new job creation this will bring etc....I/we decided it is best for the city to move forward." (the 2nd just may be the likely scenario)
(and now they covered the increase in crime objection with the sheriffs comments...I love it every angle is being thought through)
