The longer this stays on the greys the more likely the scenario of going private becomes at a miniscule price.

SPNG is not going private anytime soon..

they will either be cleared by the SEC and resume trading on the OTCBB by meeting all the filing requirements ( or they simply may decide to on the pinks }.. or will be sued by the SEC and may face the DOJ if criminal charges are filed and if that happens - I doubt if they will be much left of spng to go anywhere
