adren, I agree with some things you say. However, I feel it is very important to separate the old generator and building supply days from the current Capstone and BBI days. That company is gone and the management that is directing the show now is different. There is decades more management experience on the team now with the likes of Stewart and Reid for example. And, face it, the days of PR'ing every time the sun came up, are long gone.

Now, what product launches have failed? BBI products are selling in Kmart and available online. STP Tools? Maybe some may consider it failed. It certainly is/was much, MUCH slower than expected. Timing may have been poor. It's not over yet, so not failed IMO. I'm guessing there may be life left in Tools. We'll see.

Capstone lighting is certainly not a failure by any stretch. The Eco-i-Lites, etc have been selling in major retailers and getting good reviews.

Selling products in Costco, Sam's, Target, Staples, Walmart, Amazon, etc, is a positive thing!

Getting this business to where we all hoped it would be is taking much longer than we all hoped and anticipated. No arguement from me here. They are, in fact, surviving and you have noted some of the reasons that have helped them survive. Not unprecidented in pennyland.

But, all interested should rest assured that the work has not stopped. Yes I do maintain a positive attitude and I, for one, expect improvement forthcoming.

U
