If you think WAMU is a good play for settlement then it should not matter what you buy at. think of the people who bought at .40 I have a feeling they will be holding till we get a settlement. why make a few grand when you can make a few hundred grand? buy and hold. dont watch the pps, but pay notice to the court dealings. If i were the judge and someone came at me like that and disrespected my court room i would throw them all in contemt. However Walrath needs to walk a fine line when dealing with the FDIC bullying because we honestly dont know who is behind the curtains pulling the governments strings.
