zeev,
i am old enough to remember citibank at 10 years ago and everybody predicting their demise. Sandy Weil is a shrewd guy and not dishonest. I know the enron involvement is not pristine but also not criminal imho. Would you be a buyer of Citibank short term or long and at what entry points. This one i might add. marvin
