Notes:
PCAI Is at its Bottom again, imo. It has tested the .01 support and has ran right back up to .02+ easily. On the chart it looks like a low volume walkdown here and the Price looking like its at a prime spot. Any buying at the ask will make this move up as according to the charts not much shares at these prices. This is also an attractive price do to its profit potential, buying at .01 will get you 100% at .02, 200% at .03, etc.
