Good luck with what you have left. Did you see the spng PR's where they discussed the Reverse split? They clearly stated spng will still do a RS after the 10K is filed.
No one knows when and if spng will file a 10K, but even if that is a half truth, it will still be a hard decision to make if that RS comes down the pipe. RS's never work well with the common shareholder. Spng would be able to dump hundreds of shareholders that way. If it happens it will be ugly.
