It was posted on the Yahoo Board....if it is a hoax, it's well done. Like I said, I know Henning is unscrupulous and doesn't care about the shareholders here, but it is hard to imagine that even he would make up a buyout and blatantly expose himself to criminal liability.

Should be easy to verify.
