It has been a dormant stock since the last PR was released on Dec 12 2008...in the past few weeks there has been more activity with the stock then in the previous 10 months....if you vist the web page http://vstarr.com/ it appears they are close to bringing it live.
I have been told that they are close to completion and when revealed people will see why it has taken so long to accomplish...they have accomplished it with out the AID of accruing debt...there are NO 504 associated with the stock...there is no debt to pay off...the company has funded the project thru private funds....
Problem is no one knows for sure just how this will all turn out..its just opinion by me..and others have their opinions...you received two of them...time will tell...but I think we will find out next week is my guess..good luck to you my friend .
