Tim..1.9 miles is about max for me 'walking fast uphill'..and at that speed range it really feels 'un-natural' as crap the whole time...too long of stride or something..I haven't got accustomed to it yet!
I'm only 5'8"..or I was..actually probably 5'7" now..haven't checked in the last 30 years..lol..I shrunk probably..
and besides, I had to make myself big time to even do it
at all tonight..I'm fast getting burned out..
I've reached a plateau and I, for all practical purposes, don't see any physical improvement that much, to spur me on.
Of course I haven't been dieting like I probably should either..and I stilll smoke...but still..I see all that sweat- droplet spattered rubber dust over there on the treadmill and I think I should be one sleek, v shaped love machine and i still look like..like..like I did when I first started..LOL..
to heck with that..
Ok..thru ventin' now..I still am checking on ellipticals..I like the thought of a all over body toning instead of working the dog crap out of bascially just my legs and cardio..
