I admit it's a very risky hold/buy here, but I agree with Barsell's comments. If they're still in business and have the cash-flow they stated in their last 10K, this is a helluva deal. I'll keep holding to see how things play out. Although, I will sell all my shares the day before it's supposed to get de-listed for not filing the 10K
