Oct 21, 2009 – The chairman of a large Concrete Enterprises from Eastern China, Mr. Pan with his party of 3 visited CFIC. Both sides discussed detail issue on going public in the US market.

JingWei Qu, CEO of CFIC, firstly introduced corporate businesses and performances as well as successful cases. Dong Liu, director of Investment Development Dept, explained detail listing procedure, followed by a mutual further discussion on specific issues.

Both sides expressed their optimistic attitude towards cooperative prospect and eventually signed Agreement of Intent. Detail cooperation between two parties will be initiated.
