Apparently, the FDIC attorney scared the pants off quite a few people, and I have to admit, me as well. If it sinks before the ruling, it's a buying opportunity. The judge may want to wait until after the hearing on the 28th to rule. In fact, she may rule on this at the end of the hearing on the 28th. That would be awesome because I hope to be there.
