I've looked a little more and I'm still having a hard time finding it while I'm mostly conscious.

I also was looking for more on the inspection team being infiltrated, that was before they left, but when they came back Saddam was still not allowing free access in their eyes.

I'm not arguing with you about the problems Saddam was creating for the inspection teams before 2002. I'm talking about the months before our Shock and Awe campaign started. I'll put up this link once again.

You mentioned previously that the IAEA wasn't a credible organization. I'll point out that it was the US that requested their service, and to my way of thinking, they aren't a shady group of people.
