Since the FDIC lawyer's threat is nothing but hot air now(hope everyone else is convinced of that), THJMW might give the judgement sooner based on her past record.. Well, the ingredients for some good appreciation in the pps tomorrow IMO. The FDIC threat is baseless at this point in time. Its all in THJMW's 'court'(pun intended) now.
