Does anyone recall back in May she heard arguments for the 4 bil and she said she would take it under advisement and that she may rule by June hearing? Sounds very similar to this. Or am I mixing up advisement for the discovery ruling? I dearly hope she is not scared to make a ruling at the expense of future promotions.
