The article said that Shengda (US listed company as we know as CDBT) was shut down and closed on May 12, 2009. That is what we discuss here.

I wish you all the best in CDBT. I have no intention to bash or manipulat CDBT. I did not even post it here until you mentioned about my name. I just posted what I learn, whcih may be useful to otheres and BS to you.
