If we close on the lows, I'd agree that we may have put in an intermediate term bottom, especially if it is at 1200 COMP. This may not be a low that could hold for long, possibly only several days. The NDX and VXN look like they need more down. The SOXX needs 300 before I can comfortably say that's at a local bottom also.
