I totally agree with your attorney! I'm sure all attorneys are shaking their heads right now over that tactic.

IMO... JPM had no muscle in the game today so they brought their big pal, the FDIC, to flex theirs!!

Have some faith in Judge Walrath's knowledge and ability to determine what are the real facts and what is BS.
