You are correct. Biste cannot possibly do a report absent any drilling results. Neither can you. This mine could hold the mother lode or just be an old played out vein.

The fact that in all these years Bill Petty has not attempted to mine or market silver from it, but chooses instead to hype the possibilities and print shares by the truckload suggests that he doesn't have any faith in it either.

Until it's drilled and assessed it's just a hole in the ground with a liar on top. A pretty smooth liar maybe, but a liar nonetheless.
