Arizona, excellent chart.

I would love to see it plotted beside some of the following:

- Against recessions and depressions of the last 100 years
- Against rises and falls in GDP

Just eyeballing it, though, seems like the best way to get the country into an economic collapse is to give the rich a tax cut. Likewise, it seems the best cure throughout history has been to give a tax hike, followed by years of prosperity....

Gosh, a return to even 50% would go a long ways towards reversing the deficit. Too bad they don't teach this stuff in school....
