Well I'll admit freely any fact I know to be a fact whether it helps my case or not. If it hurts my case, I'd be smart to change my take on it right? Being interested in the truth and all : ).

BUT in the water outside of a container exposed to sun, it degrades pretty quickly, especially when diluted. I meant it (the mustard agent) couldn't have been from 10 years ago.
