Not a chance WAMUQ sees $1 if the $4 billion is awarded to WMI.

If the judge ordered JPM to turnover the $4 billion tomorrow and WMI reorganized on Friday, commons would get absolutely nothing, so to suggest that the $4B will have that big of an effect on the pps is misleading at best.
