The system is about raising capital through sale of stock. This company is not interested in that - they retired shares and the vast majority of shares were already given to insiders BEFORE going puplic. The insiders can trade the shares, but the Company would not get a dime.

This is not Venture Capital system.. but what? (if it is legit)
