I SENT OFF 4 LETTERS MYSELF TO BOTH THE COURT AND THE TRUSTEE, AN EMAIL REQUEST TO THE TRUSTEE, A FAXED REQUEST REQUEST TO THE TRUSTEE, AND I SENT 4 LETTERS TO THE BOD - 2 ADDRESSING THE RECIPIENTS AND COPIES OF WHAT I SENT TO THE COURT AND THE TRUSTEE SO that MY VOICE WOULD BE HEARD...AND I OWN A PALTRY POSITION COMPARED TO MOST HERE.

I would surmise that chemtura workers would not like to see their investments - their livelihood go the way of an ENROT...ENRON...ESPECIALLY SINCE WE KNOW THEIR IS VALUE HERE.
