I certainly cant defend that. The "line in the sand" has been moved several times and we are all aware of this. I'm at a point of skepticism myself. His estimation of how many shares would be the maximum could be based on his belief that the SP would increase. It hasn't, so perahps more had to be sold than anticipated.
