Sherlock, How do you measure that? I just read Newly's post just before reading yours and was sitting there wondering how I could find out what pricing is like in the Atlanta area. I could not tell you whether we have hit a bubble top here or not. What do you do to measure real estate values in your region? Are you in the industry? MDC just reported average selling prices for the quarter being $33,000 higher. I would think that would represent strong sales but yet their new orders were flat. Maybe it's the product mix but Newly implies that the higher end market is the first to slow.
