Wally, I'm a business man not a lawyer. I have two attorneys and frankly would not take the time to educate myself in bankruptcy law. I was talking in a worst worst case scenario looking at group representation. It is my hope that it will not come to that.

I trust you and others here on this board to lead us down the right path. You've already shown your intelligence and mettle thus far. If I feel we are fighting a losing battle here, I know what I have to do.
