This is the part that confuses me, no one ever gets anything from their investment unless dividends are paid. The only profit is made by selling your share for more than you paid for them. So why do the Russians (Chegenev, Dovgan, ect.) care if Krong is "owned" by Aurus, we are not going to get one speck of gold, not one dime of ore. The money is in making the company more buy-able in the eyes of the investors. Why wouldn't Chegenev want Aurus to own Krong? Why would he care? It's not like we could go to Russia and demand some of the dirt. The stock market is nothing more than a casino, and a very bad one at that. The house always wins and sometimes they let us have a little to keep the game going.
