Recession..recession..across the board in your view eh?.. I had always thought there was a difference in how it affects home values, in that the high end would loose less, but you think the value of the House is meaningless. You say, if the market slides ten percent, in volume of sales, prices would drop ten percent across the board like it did in 1990 huh, if I'm reading your comments right?

Apparently we haven't hit the Top yet...cause houses are in short supply here in Newport Beach area of Southern California, cause the prices appear to be climbing to me, or do you see something I don't?
