I have a hard time getting excited about ATML. In the flash arena, which is a crowded field, they have to compete with both INTC and AMD (and many others) who probably have lower costs - a tough way to make a living and not conducive to high ASP's or margins, especially in a slow environment. STM is moving into the DVD chipset area and will prove to be equally formidable opponents. When times are good, competition is less of a problem, but I do not think we are looking at good times for a while.
