again wrong but it is not worth arguing with someone as stubborn as you. have you ever dealt with any administrative agency of the us gove? there are procedural rules to follow but, in the interest of fairness and equality under the law, there are courtesies extended to both a plaintiff and respondent to insure there are no additional events to prejudice the ongoing investigation. they would share information relevant and ask for guidance, not approval. eventhough the SEC hearings are top secret there is an obligation on the part of the SEC or any regulatory agency to divulge pertinent informaton to the public. it insures a fair market. Now, leave me alone.
