The faked legal opinion letters are the key. No lawyer would make that claim unless it was true. If a lawyer claimed the signatures were forgeries and they were not forgeries, I can't think of a quicker way to get your ticket to practice law pulled.

Just one of the things that keep M&M up late into the night wondering when it is all going to end.
