I don't know why your laughing its a fact that an individual that wasn't a share holder listened in on one of the information calls and made unfounded accusation to the SEC and that's what started the probe, and that's why at a certain point the number was changed and only registered share holders were given the new one fact, not speculation. Again stop letting you personal feelings cloud you judgment.
